About the Role

They are seeking individuals who are customer-focused to support our marketplace with compassion and discernment. Responsibilities include promptly addressing customer issues with effective solutions and service delivery, proactively ensuring customer satisfaction, excelling in customer service standards, and resolving issues independently in a dynamic environment.

The customer base is currently restricted to the United States, and support for nurses and workplaces is available 24/7.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and deliver timely resolutions through various channels
• Collaborate with different company departments
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer concerns
• Handle challenging customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests promptly
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends is required
