PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE: 1-Year Contract based in Sydney

A leading global software organization specialising in Cloud-based software.

Role:

• Building and maintaining the APAC Regional Partner Success team’s calendar of events and other related programs
• Manage workshops from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality standards
• Own registration management for every enablement workshop, including building Google Forms, managing registrations, and communications to attendees
• Responsible for periodic on-site support at the Office for in-person workshops
• Own post-event communications, surveys, and feedback management
• Develop briefing documents and conduct briefing calls with workshop stakeholders to provide the status of each component of the enablement workshop, showcasing strong communication and organisational skills
• Create engaging content, including social tiles and email templates to promote enablement workshops for internal and external postings on LinkedIn, Slack, and Google Slides
• Responsible for creating standardisation and efficiency of operational processes to drive productivity

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proficient in time management and organisation for multiple active events
• Thrives in ambiguous circumstances and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Essential experience with Google Workspace required (Google Sheets, Slides, Forms, Docs, Calendar, Meet etc)
• Proficient in Canva & Zoom preferred
• Event management and/or program management experience preferred
