We are looking to fill 2 full-time positions immediately. The Office Administrator is responsible for the general day to day operations of the office, including answering incoming phone calls, answering emails, creating/updating customer orders, greeting visitors, processing orders and working on special projects as needed. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. Qualified candidates should have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Daily Responsibilities:
Able to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
Answering phone calls and emails
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the team
Placing new orders
Follow Up Calls
Maintain relationships with distributors and clients
Inventory Assessment
Marketing
