Job Summary
Exports data into database, checking to ensure all transactions have processed. Enters data manually when needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Import data, find and correct discrepancies, and export to software
- Perform data entry quickly and accurately
- Identify discrepancies in data and amend as needed for accuracy, ensuring that all information has been entered by end of month
- Maintain records of data input
- Request any missing information from management team in a timely basis and follow up as needed
- Additional duties may apply
- May take on more complex tasks as needed
Qualifications and Competencies
- Prior data entry or clerk/accounting experience preferred
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Ability to meet deadlines
- General knowledge of aviation or travel industry is preferred but not required
