Job Summary

Exports data into database, checking to ensure all transactions have processed. Enters data manually when needed.


Job Responsibilities
  • Import data, find and correct discrepancies, and export to software
  • Perform data entry quickly and accurately
  • Identify discrepancies in data and amend as needed for accuracy, ensuring that all information has been entered by end of month
  • Maintain records of data input
  • Request any missing information from management team in a timely basis and follow up as needed
  • Additional duties may apply
  • May take on more complex tasks as needed

Qualifications and Competencies
  • Prior data entry or clerk/accounting experience preferred
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • General knowledge of aviation or travel industry is preferred but not required
