Swisslinx Hiring for Talent Acquisition Officer Job at London, England Full Time

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Officer to support their growth.
The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and can be based either in their Zug or London office.

Your mission

• Manage the whole recruitment lifecycle for positions across functions, seniority and locations
• Gather job requirements from hiring managers, HR and Senior Management
• Write down job descriptions and post them on various platforms
• Actively and creatively source candidates via various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, social media, forums, newspapers, etc.)
• Screen job applications and shortlist candidates
• Conduct interviews and tests
• Perform reports on recruitment and provide market intelligence related to recruitment to the team and Senior Management
• Present and prepare employment agreements

Your background

• University Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to conduct various kinds of interviews
• Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases
• Hands-on candidates sourcing experience
• Excellent communication, people, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive and self-sufficient.
• Fluent in English
