About the Role
You will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality sales support to the business origination community and administrative handling of the reinsurance business of Life and Health (L&H) clients.
Reporting to the Head of L&H Business Services, you will support the cross-functional business origination team to deliver sales activities and increase client engagement in the assigned market:
Support client markets to lead their cross-functional teams i.e. steering, preparing and coordinating meetings, managing partners and communication to clients & internal stakeholders;
Supporting the creation of client strategy and action plans and track progress;
Analyse internal and external client data, prepare performance reports, high quality briefing documents and marketing materials;
Coordinate client surveys including preparation of distribution lists, interpretation of results and development of improvement plans.
In addition, you will be required to maintain an overview on operational excellence and governance topics, monitoring risk in the respective market and driving improvements of the systems and end-to-end processes whilst ensuring internal and external regulatory requirements are met.
About the Team
Business Services Asia is part of the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Team in Division Asia. We enable Swiss Re’s success across Asia by connecting teams and collaborating on a wide range of topics.
This role will be the glue that sticks our cross-functional teams together and interacts with colleagues from other functions such as Underwriting, Business Development, Finance, Inforce, Claims, Technical Accounting, Legal and Business Services.

A high level of reinsurance/insurance industry knowledge;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Expert knowledge and overview of business applications & systems;
Excellent business communication skills with experience working and communicating in a multicultural organisation;
Previous project management experience;
A dedicated customer focus and high levels of service delivery;
Demonstrated experience in challenging, changing and improving process;
