Purpose of the job
· Ensures stable and efficient operation of computer systems related to terminal management, user computers, and production support systems.
· Additionally, the person will provide user support on the first line.
· Collaborates in the global IT ServiceDesk team
· Collaborates in IT projects
Key responsibilities
· Manages and monitors IT infrastructure: computers, laptops, terminals, network equipment
· Implements, configures, and maintains software related to IT device management
· Services users of computer systems, including registering, deleting, and modifying user accounts as well as granting and changing permissions
· Provides technical support for end users, including resolving IT system operation issues and technical issues for users
· Maintains technical documentation and s work results in the ticket system
· Fulfills recommendations of the global IT infrastructure centers of competences
· Collaborates in the global division IT ServiceDesk and in Group IT projects
· Supports the Group Information Security Officer in data safety and data privacy topics
Requirement profile: Professional Experience
· Experience in positions related to IT system administration
· Very good knowledge of computer infrastructure, terminals, and network devices
· Experienced in operation and support of office and factory IT equipment (PC, notebook, printer, network components, mobile phones, barcode scanners etc.)
· Experienced in administrating MS O365 product portfolio
· Experienced in working with ITIL based ticketing systems
· Understands information security requirements
Requirement profile: Technical Skills
· IT professional (or comparable education) with 5+ years of experience
· Profound knowledge of administrating Microsoft Windows operating systems
· Experience in identifying and troubleshooting network issues (IPv4, TCP/IP, LAN)
