Swish Maintenance Hiring for Customer Care Representative at Delta, BC Full Time
Customer Care RepresentativeAs the first point of contact for the majority of our customers, this role is responsible for delivering best in class customer service for both internal and external customers and driving continual improvement to enhance the customer experience with Swish.Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Servicing customer orders and inquiries via telephone, fax and e-mail
Expediting outside and inside sales
Work closely with service department to coordinate service shop orders
Ensure adherence to contract pricing and quotations
Liaison between sales representative and customers
Providing support in our Clean It retail store when needed

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma at a minimum
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
Strong computer skills; experience with CRM and ERP’s considered an asset
Attention to detail ;accurate data entry
Strong interpersonal skills
