Who are we?

We are Swingers – the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a part time Recruitment Assistant to join our amazing Head Office team based in London!

Swingers takes crazy golf, street food and amazing cocktails and combines them all into one incredible social experience. All our venues have a variety of nine-hole crazy golf courses, beautiful private hire spaces, delicious street food, world-class cocktails and unparalleled hospitality.

Here in the UK, we have two venues in the heart of London, one in the City and one in the West End. We have also taken Swingers to the US, with a venue in Washington D.C and one in the heart of Manhattan, New York City!

Swingers is a young, dynamic business that is growing rapidly, with plans to open additional venues in the USA over the next few years. As a result, this role offers the right person huge opportunities and career progression.

In short, what will I be doing?

• Supporting the Talent Attraction Manager with our Applicant Tracking System
• Posting roles, screening CV’s, team member phone screenings and interview booking
• Communicating effectively with hiring managers to ensure all recruitment needs are actioned within a reasonable time frame
• Onboarding, inducting and welcoming new members into the venue teams
• Supporting with pre-employment right to work checks
• Various ad hoc tasks

• Someone with amazing communication and organisational skills
• An individual who has a genuine love and passion for the hospitality industry
• Previous recruitment experience
• Strong IT, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team ethic with the ability to work independently
