A newly created opporutnity has arisen for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our Teaching & Learning Support team within Swinburne College. As the Teaching & Learning Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

• undertaking a wide range of administrative functions in support of teaching and learning operational activities of Swinburne College;
• facilitating compliance with Swinburne University and Regulatory processes and will enable the implementation and streamlining of processes; and
• provide limited administrative support for Program Managers

About you

To be suitable for the role you will have demonstrable skills and relevant experience in:

• organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan ahead, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and display thoroughness, attention to detail, and with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
• the provision of administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused Education environment
• the ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs and a commitment to continuous improvement
