We are seeking an outstanding Software Asset Provisioning Analyst to join us to provide excellent service delivery in the provisioning of IT assets to University staff. This integral role will assist the Asset Provisioning Team Leader in driving continuous improvement of service delivery, working collaboratively with other IT support teams to optimize efficiency of incident resolution and problem management. You will naturally possess drive for delivering high standards of customer service and working with stakeholders to ensure recognition of, and responsiveness to, the needs of internal and external clients.
