Swinburne University of Technology Hiring for Software Asset Provisioning Analyst Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are seeking an outstanding Software Asset Provisioning Analyst to join us to provide excellent service delivery in the provisioning of IT assets to University staff. This integral role will assist the Asset Provisioning Team Leader in driving continuous improvement of service delivery, working collaboratively with other IT support teams to optimize efficiency of incident resolution and problem management. You will naturally possess drive for delivering high standards of customer service and working with stakeholders to ensure recognition of, and responsiveness to, the needs of internal and external clients.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will have:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering continuous service improvements
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills including recognising, investigating and presenting recommendations
