The role resides within the Employability Unit within the Education, Experience and Employability Portfolio. The role of Senior Learning & Teaching Consultant (Transforming WIL) reports to the Senior Project Manager, WIL. They will also maintain strong links with the WIL team, working to build collective capacity towards curricular engagement with WIL.
Swinburne’s Transforming WIL strategic project comprises nine work packages (to learn more please refer to the position description).
As the Senior Learning & Teaching Consultant (Transforming WIL), you will take a leadership role in curriculum design and development and educator support and professional learning for curriculum implementation and delivery – co-designing and developing curriculum within WIL units across the university, and supporting academic staff to create new WIL units. You will also facilitate and curate educator professional learning relating to the delivery of WIL in curriculum, and will contribute to outcomes.
