Swinburne University of Technology Hiring for Regional Recruitment Manager – Australia and Oceania Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are seeking an outstanding professional to take on the Regional Manager – Australia & Oceania to be responsible for executing strategies for the successful attraction of fee-paying international students from within the designated region through agent, direct, sponsored, study abroad and partner channels. The Regional Manager is responsible for understanding existing and emerging opportunities for student recruitment in their region across all Swinburne offerings.

Swinburne University has significant global partnerships and the Regional Manager is responsible for coordinating joint recruitment activities in the region with delivery partners, including UP Education, ECA, Swinburne Vietnam and Swinburne Sarawak, to ensure Swinburne is represented in a coherent manner in the region.

In this role, you will maintain a high level of market intelligence, displaying subject matter expertise to act as an advisor to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will possess:

• Significant experience and demonstrated success in profitably managing indirect and direct sales channels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills occasionally providing strategic support or advice combined with the ability to generate practical and effective solutions
• Demonstrated experience of the digital environment and use of digital capabilities to effectively manage and support direct and indirect sales channel.
• Superior self-management and time management skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A valid working with children’s check card (or ability to obtain prior to or upon commencement)
