Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. The Trades Engineering and Technology Electrical Department is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced teachers to meet expected further growth in 2021 and beyond.
Teaching will be for units from our current Electrical Training Packages UEE30811, UEE22011 and Solar Accreditation for those with the requirements. The requirement is to predominantly carry out teaching and assessment duties within these programs.
In this role, you will inspire, engage and educate our students for the 21st century. A PAVE teacher will implement industry best practice and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies. You will work collaboratively within a passionate team of education professionals. Within this team environment, you will plan deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of high quality education and training programs.
This role requires our teachers to be able to customise and adapt our programs to meet our learners and clients’ needs that vary from certificate level through to diploma and associate degree levels.
