We are seeking a Functional Analyst to establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues to develop and implement significant improvements for Student Administration processes and provide complete support of Student Management systems.

This involves analysis and definition of business requirements, identification, design, co-ordinating user testing, and implementation of innovative solutions, including business process re-engineering and systems optimisation including training.

About you

The success of this role depends on you being able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in project managing business process improvement initiatives and realising tangible and intangible business benefits.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and ability to influence key personnel on business practices and in embedding change.
• Experience in software incident management including investigation, resolution, reporting on trends and using data to forecast potential issues.
