Swinburne University of Technology Hiring for FP&A Analyst Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, to be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial analysis and reporting to key stakeholders across the University to support decisions making.

As the FP&A Analyst, you will also be responsible conducting analysis and reporting across the University, identify key insights to drive decision making and and supporting the coordination and delivery of the annual budgeting and quarterly Forecast processes across the University.

Reporting to the Associate Director Commercial and FP&A, you will operate within a flexible and friendly environment, and collaborate with others who are passionate about contributing to the delivery of our 2025 Strategic Plan.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will possess:

• Accounting degree.
• Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountants Australia (CPA).
• Either experience working in a large and complex organisation, in a Commercial Finance, General Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis team, or similar experience gained in a Chartered firm.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of AASB accounting standards.
• Demonstrated experience in current financial systems.
