As the Domestic and Direct Recruitment Team Leader you will play an integral role, contributing to the achievement of student enrolment targets for SUT programs in Australia by actively managing the direct sales funnel for efficiency and optimal conversion performance.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the ongoing monitoring of the sales funnel and deployment of tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure customers transition through and have a positive on boarding experience. Bringing your strong communication skills, you will coordinate with the allied business units that engage with customer through their on boarding to ensure that there is alignment and provides subject matter expertise on the customer experience.
Organisation Unit/Department Information
The role sits within our Marketing unit who are responsible for coordinating the communications, brand management and market research activities of Swinburne which supports national and direct international student recruitment.
Specifically, Marketing is responsible for: developing and managing the Swinburne brand, domestic and international student recruitment, developing and implementing sales channel and pipeline management strategies; advertising; and conducting market research and data analysis.
