As the DRA you will play a key role in reporting on the achievement of institutional and business area KPIs, as well as design, integration, analysis and reporting of measures of initiative and project impact. Drawing on their expertise in analytics and survey-based evaluation, the incumbent will develop and interrogate data sets, conduct analyses and provide complex advice and reporting. You will naturally have an innovative approach with evolving analytical techniques and technologies and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities, to work with a wide range of data and reporting stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senor Project Manager WIL, the role resides within the Employability Unit within the Education, Experience and Employability Portfolio. As part of the role you will also maintain strong links with the Employability Operations team, working to build collective capacity towards evidence informed WIL and employability practice.
The DRA will be part of a strategic WIL project team, also comprising a including a Learning & Teaching Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, and Careers Consultant. As the DRA you will take on a leadership position in Development and integration of evaluation and success indicators for WIL.
