We are seeking an experienced and customer foucsed professional to take on the Client Support Analyst position within our IT team. In this role, you will be responsbible for providing face-to-face support for clients experiencing technology issues, or clients with other technology requirements. As a member of the Client Support Team, you will represent Swinburne IT at whichever location they are working, and for delivering a high standard of customer service, working with stakeholders to ensure recognition of, and responsiveness to, the needs of internal and external clients.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a flexible and friendly environment and collobrate with individuals who are passionate about contributing to the delivery of our 2025 Strategic Plan.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will possess the following:

• Demonstrable technical skills in the maintenance and support of computer hardware, computer software, computer networks and peripheral equipment including printers, scanners and audio-visual equipment
• Demonstrable customer focus with a track record for delivering service improvements
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations
