You will provide business support to the Learning and Development and People Managers and wider People (HR) team. You will be responsible for the people journey as part of ‘The Sporting House Way’ including administration and coordination support for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including recruitment centres, interviews and pipeline support, Onboarding and Training, including L&D registration and certification processes and external sales, Employment offers and induction processes, Development and Quality including appraisals, #BeMore provision and ongoing people needs and Reward, Recognition and Retention through administration of payroll and HR functions, event support and reward and recognitions projects.
· Responsible for data input into the people team systems in line with company policies & procedures.
· Responsible for managing all advertising, recruitment and talent pool administration and maintaining a pipeline of interest.
· Responsible for reviewing applications and supporting with shortlisting for all Sporting House roles
· Responsible for coordinating invitations to recruitment centres, interviews and onboarding processes including induction events and training.
· Responsible for maintaining records of recruitment centres and collaborating with the wider team for onboarding tracking and data.
· Co-ordinate DBS needs across the whole business.
· Responsible for monthly processing and administration of data with support from the People Manager and Finance teams
· Responsible for inputting of data and overall system management for HR/L&D technology and systems with support from the People and L&D Manager.
· Provide support to People Manager, L&D Manager and Head of People on reward, recognition projects and internal events for the business.
· Provide project support as required for the people and Director team.
