In a dynamic industry context, the Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) Team plays a key role in supporting the company strategic objectives
You will be responsible to oversee the strategic delivery of the EMEA TA regional function and plays a key role as driver/enabler for the Global TA strategy.

• Oversee the strategic delivery and functioning of the EMEA Talent Acquisition function, which serves the Belgian HQ and accounts for the largest headcount
• Help/support whenever needed with leadership hiring in the EMEA region, working with senior stakeholders across the C-suite
• Serve as a mentor, coach, sounding board and leader for the EMEA TA lead
• Bring innovation in the way we run our TA activities in EMEA and/or globally. Keep an eye on competitive practices to enhance candidate and manager experience. Build a roadmap and deliver on it
• Build/accelerate the development of a Global TA strategy for each business Group, working in close collaboration with the key Groups in EMEA and offering cross-regional orchestration with APAC and Americas’s TA leads
• Be accountable for global risk management/audit and/or global TA global reporting as appropriate.
• Drive specific global talent acquisition projects (act as a contributor to accelerate time to market) alongside regional TA leads in APAC and Americas.

• Master Degree or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in senior Talent Acquisition roles including working in an international large company and having people management responsibilities in a competitive candidates’ markets
• An experience in the financial services industry or in a large tech company is a plus
• Very good knowledge of the international/ EMEA recruitment best practices including employer branding, sourcing methods, operational excellence, agile ways of hirings
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong stakeholders’ management skills at all levels including senior Leadership teams
• Good balance between strategic leadership and ability to get things done (ie single contributor)
• Business driven, willing to provide the best internal clients and candidates experience
• Ability to navigate in a complex environment and in a matrix organization, to engage people in new ways of working and inspire your team
• Structured with good project management skills and a continuous eye for process improvements and organizational excellence
• Reporting skills, a knowledge of Workday or any other ATS (Taleo, etc)
• Self-starter, creative and innovation driven
• Team player
