Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic automotive group. The Email Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day production and delivery of email marketing campaigns across the Swickard Auto Group brands and plays a key role in ensuring quality and production standards are met prior to releasing deliverables to the customer.
This role will manage the creation and modification of templates, accurate and timely email sends, implementation of new campaigns, management, and maintenance of email lists, as well as assist with ing and analytics.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in the development of tools, processes, and frameworks to further best practices and deliver operational efficiencies.
Email Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities : Oversee marketing email operations and deployment.Interface with multiple internal stakeholders to execute email campaigns and programs aimed at our customer.
Manage the production of email campaigns, including coding and / or email building templates, deployment, campaign monitoring, list segmentation, and exclusion / inclusion lists.
Partner with the CRM team on data requests and segmentation needs.Work closely with peers to ensure quality assurance across all campaigns, including adherence to best practices, and proofing for copy and creative mistakes.
QA processes to ensure emails are accurate and deployed on time.Monitor and maintain email deliverability best practices.
Responsible for achieving department KPI goals.Review and follow all email privacy practices, brand policies and guidelines, ensuring that that our email program adheres to them.
Identify and develop new automations and / or triggers to increase customer engagement and customer lifetime value.Support Director of Marketing in the day-to-day operations in marketing automation and customer experience journeys#T2RequirementsEmail Marketing Specialist Qualifications / Skills : Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Media Development, 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred by not requiredData-oriented, strong understanding of segmentation and marketing automationDemonstrated understanding of email marketing best practicesStrong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of highly effective collaboration.
Attention to detail within format and creation, and as it pertains to grammar and spelling.Ability to drive employee accountability, teamwork, customer focus and mutual respect.
High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
