Sweetwater Care LLC Hiring for Director of Nursing (DON) at Clearlake, CA Full Time

Sweetwater Care, a family owned and operated long term care facilitator , is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing, licensed as an RN in California, to function as the clinical captain of our 99 bed facility in Clearlake, California. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years experience as a Director of Nursing for Long Term Care facilities located in California and have a current California RN licensure, have a strong understanding of CMS and CDPH regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and willing to give of their talents to help achieve the best outcomes to serve our residents and staff.

The primary purpose of your job position is work with the facility team, guiding them toward clinical, cultural and financial excellence through intentional leadership, while upholding Sweetwater’s core values. You will teach those you steward to care for the their residents and staff not only to meet the regulatory guidelines but refine processes that help the teams become the best care givers they can, then how to reflect that in their documentation and outcomes. This job will require constant presence in the facility,occasional travel and will not be remote.
