The Position

The Store Manager will lead by example and provide sales, operational and personnel leadership to create memorable customer experiences while ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the retail space.
• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service, whether online, in store, or on the phone.
• Build lasting relationships with our customers.
• Present a well-stocked, clean, and beautifully presented sales floor.
• Present our product in appealing, selling ways.
• Create attractive gift baskets for sale and custom order.
• Drive store sales to achieve agreed budgets and margin targets.
• Order supplies from vendors and manage inventory.
• Oversee sales associates, approve timesheets, and manage scheduling.
• Coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful retail management (preferably in the gift industry)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and social media
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work standing for extended periods of time
• Driver’s license with clean abstract – required
• English – required
• Experience creating gift baskets / floral arrangements – nice to have
