We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in London.

What does the role involve?

Working on a range of small and large schemes including healthcare, education, leisure, retail, commercial and energy conservation, you will undertake the design and preparation of specifications and drawings, technical information and reports as well as contract management of all delegated schemes.

You will attend client meetings and site visits whilst providing clients with high quality technical advice, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of a high quality service whilst actively promoting the company therefore excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.

To be successful in this role you’ll possess:

• A relevant degree and membership of an approved professional organisation such as CIBSE or MIET (or working towards).
• Experience in a comparable role with the abillity to manage a variety of projects meeting varying deadlines.
• Strong problem solving skills to work alongside architects and contractors to solve problems.
• Up to date knowledge of the UK construction market.
• A good working knoweldge of Revit, Navisworks and Clash Detection.
