Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter to handle the sales coordination activities for the watch brand. The Sales Coordinator focuses on ing and business analytics and will support Sales.

Profile

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams to execute delivery of allocated product to accounts
• Coordinate new SKU set up process
• Enter POs and Ship notes for all incoming shipments and maintain shipment logs
• Review EDI orders and work with IT for any issues/errors
• Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP and maintain files
• Maintain miscellaneous files, track special requests, follow up on client needs and issues as directed
• Analyze and determine inventory needs by network
• Answer customer emails through Calleo
• Review Longines incentive submissions
• Confirm shipping for sold orders and work with the DC for any urgent orders
• Review and manage order cancel dates
• Work with service center and retailers to coordinate product repairs/returns
• ing:
• Compile weekly and monthly ing for sell-in and sell-out data for all national and travel retail accounts
• Work with credit to release orders on a daily basis
• Review chargebacks and provide explanations or rebuttals for charges
• Manage shipment of samples as needed for events
• Prepare all new door opening paperwork and confirm opening in SAP with credit
• Monthly sell-out ing for top accounts as indicated by the brand
• Prepare store assortments by account and door on a quarterly basis
• Review sales on a weekly basis and work closely with sales managers to provide replenishment proposals
• Update monthly sell-out ing by style
• Analyze warranty system sell-out data and provide support as needed to the field team
• Work with Switzerland HQ as needed and provide any ing requested
• Backorder – monitor newness on backorder and provide visibility on shipping date/availability in the US on a weekly basis
• Data compilation & ad hoc ing as requested
• Support Regional Sales Managers through the timely response to information requests, anticipating their needs and guiding them through company procedures and requirements
• Support events by coordinating product logistics, arranging security, preparing product information, maintaining meeting calendars and assisting with preparations as needed
• Work with cross functional teams to improve processes, procedures and workflow
• Provide administrative support as requested

Professional Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role or environment
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookup and other functions), proficiency with Power Point and other office based PC applications
• SAP experience a plus
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Clear, effective and cordial written and verbal communication skills
