About the Job
We are seeking an adaptable and customer-focussed individual, with excellent communication and organizational skills, to join our quickly growing startup team as a Customer Support Representative. We are looking for someone interested in working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing products and/or workflows, who can adjust quickly to product and operational updates. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive quick, but thorough and compassionate support. Ideally, the candidate is a creative problem solver with previous experience working directly with customers and a track record of delivering positive customer experiences.Â
This is a part-time position to start and pays $20/hr with flexible hours and an expectation of 20 hours per week. Full-time positions are also available.
The Opportunity
Swap Health helps low and moderate income individuals prevent, manage, and treat chronic conditions through greater access to healthy food and population-specific health and nutrition education.Â
As a Swap Health Customer Representative, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to resolve immediate customer challenges while also contributing to the future evolution of our product and services. You will work closely with product design to better understand our customers’ behaviors and expectations to ensure Swap Health is providing customers with an excellent and meaningful end-to-end experience.Â
