Swap Health Hiring for Customer Service Representative at United States Full Time

About the Job

We are seeking an adaptable and customer-focussed individual, with excellent communication and organizational skills, to join our quickly growing startup team as a Customer Support Representative. We are looking for someone interested in working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing products and/or workflows, who can adjust quickly to product and operational updates. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive quick, but thorough and compassionate support. Ideally, the candidate is a creative problem solver with previous experience working directly with customers and a track record of delivering positive customer experiences. 

This is a part-time position to start and pays $20/hr with flexible hours and an expectation of 20 hours per week. Full-time positions are also available.

The Opportunity

Swap Health helps low and moderate income individuals prevent, manage, and treat chronic conditions through greater access to healthy food and population-specific health and nutrition education. 

As a Swap Health Customer Representative, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to resolve immediate customer challenges while also contributing to the future evolution of our product and services. You will work closely with product design to better understand our customers’ behaviors and expectations to ensure Swap Health is providing customers with an excellent and meaningful end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

Communicating with Customers

• Promptly address customer concerns via various communication channels, proactively update customers on the status of their inquiries, and provide customers with various methods to convey their concerns, ensuring they can effortlessly communicate the issues they are facing
• Resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering an optimal customer experience and customer satisfaction 

Communicating with the Team

• Stay informed about ongoing product or operational developments and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers 
• Collaborate closely with Product and Clinical to address recurring customer challenges and/or complaints

Documentation

• Keep detailed, organized, and consistent records of customer interactions and resolutions 
• Gather customer feedback and insights to highlight areas of improvement and help assess the severity of concerns in collaboration with other departments 

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing products and processes
• Creative problem-solver with analytical skills 
• Proactive and organized individual 
• Passionate about customer service and helping underserved populations and individuals
