We are looking to recruit a dynamic, forwarding thinking individual, who will work as part of a team to ensure the new Swansea Bay University Health Board Finance Team are continuingly improving by identifying areas of improvement and supporting the team in taking forward projects linked to these improvements. These improvements include the on-going development of utilising technology to enhance the existing processes and building relationships with key stakeholders through influence.
The Department is looking to encourage and support individuals in their development through on the job learning and through supporting formal accountancy qualifications.
Agile Working
We recognise the need to develop modern working practices to enable our employees to maximise their performance and productivity whilst maintaining a good work life balance and so have adopted an Agile working methodology support by the Health Board Home Working Policy and the Departments Agile Working approach.
Agile working options are automatically considered for all roles within the Department but there are options for those that would prefer to be office based. Please talk to the recruiting manager about what this means in practice for you if you have any concerns
