Swank Motion Pictures Hiring for Talent Acquisition – Contractor at St. Louis, MO, US Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Contractor is responsible for leading and supporting all recruiting initiatives and managing full life cycle recruiting efforts;

selection and negotiation of various sources, ensure consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing top talent
• Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process
• Collaborates with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and proactively provide guidance on best recruitment practices
• Responsible for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources including social media strategies
• Explores market best practices in recruitment and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
• Maintains relationships and expectations with staffing agencies
• Oversees onboarding : offer letters, scheduling for day one and necessary training to support assimilation into the organization and role
• Builds strong relationships with University Partners, representing Swank at career fairs, on-campus events and speaking engagements
• Manages summer internship program, including recruiting qualified interns, coordinating mentor and manager partnerships to ensure intern projects and responsibilities and required assessments are completed
• Monitors the labor legislation to ensure compliant practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
• Customer service focus
• Experience with ATS system, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Strong negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
