Software Architect (Node.js)
We are looking for an experienced Software Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues, and providing technical leadership within the engineering team. The ideal applicant will be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in the development process.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of durable software solutions that will solve critical customer problems.
• Be the technical expert, researching, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art technology.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
• Build a new part of the distributed system that will be responsible for the events storage and integration within the various consumers with high-security standards. Starting from the Design and PoC to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution/Software architect on complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Node.js – at least 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Typescript.
• Proven experience in the AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Experience in security-related services and products: HashiCorp Vault, NuCypher (or others).
• Experience in building microservice architecture.

For contract: Looking at $80-100/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
