Sustainable Staffing Inc Hiring for Recruiter Full Time

We are immediately hiring an Employment Recruiter for our fast-paced, growing office located in McHenry, IL. This is full-time, permanent position for a self-motivated, organized professional that enjoys working with others.

Benefits

The succesful candidate will enjoy working fixed hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Employees are paid weekly, an evaluation and merit increase is provided upon completion of training(90 days), and benefits are provided the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Benefits include major medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life, and AD&D coverage.401K benefits are provided with a 4% employer match on a 5% contribution. Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off are generously provided benefits upon completion of 60 days of work.

Duties & Responsiblities

• Source, interview, and screen well matched candidates for local employers
• Cultivate professional relationships with applicants, employees, community networking professionals, and hiring managers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Management teams to determine appropriate hiring campaigns for client companies
• Contribute your very best to the forward-thinking, open-minded, creative, diverse, and positive work environment Sustainable Staffing fosters.
• Market job openings on job banks, boards, social platforms, and through mass communication methods

Recruiter Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual(English & Spanish) language skills a plus, but not required
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Prior experience working in an office setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Technical proficiency with social media, internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Interviewing experience required
• Marketing and/or sales experience preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
