Sustainability Tracker is a Certified B Corporation, climate tech platform built to give users easy-access to the sustainability info of brands and products they buy and use. Having launched in 2021 with an incredible line-up of business customers, Sustainability Tracker is now experiencing significant growth with the recent release of a consumer-facing mobile app. We’re looking for a gun sales manager to attract and connect with new business clients and help take this growing start-up to new heights.

You’ll join a highly intelligent and engaged team in our South Melbourne offices and be armed with loads of support including graphic design, industry data, sales and marketing assets as well as the world’s best productivity tools like HubSpot, Asana, Slack and PandaDoc.Â
Sustainability Tracker is growing its users at a rate of 23% month-on-month in 2024 so you’ll have an established and high-growth product to take to market.Â
Accountability & Responsibility of the role:
You will be responsible for all new business sales within the Sustainable Choice Group, and for the right person you will have an opportunity to build a team of your own.Â
New business development is key in this role, you will establish a BD framework within the organisation, conduct client research and outreach to establish your leads and sales opportunities. You’re a hunter and a problem solver without the hustle, around here, we don’t hustle.Â

About you:
You are an established sales professional with a track record in building relationships and attracting new customers. This is a volume sales role! Our tech platform has a single, low cost annual membership fee based on the size of the client’s business, so your sales cycle should be short, simple and repeatable. We have a dedicated customer-care team ready to onboard and nurture new clients, so your customers will be in excellent hands!Â
You’ll be comfortable in a digital environment, building most of your new business relationships via video call (that’s the way they like it) and you’ll be comfortable working with and talking about digital products.Â
