About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent People Partner to join our HR team at Sustainability Victoria! You will be a critical support to the Team Leader of Organisational Development, acting as a trusted and expert advisor for SV across Recruitment and Talent. As a recruitment expert, you will work closely with SV’s People Leaders to provide end to end Recruitment and Talent support as well as, be an ambassador for SV to drive best practise in attraction strategies.
This role will:
- Lead the recruitment and talent best practise strategy for SV being the key point of contact
- Talent pool for future capability needs and succession gaps
- Manage our SV intern and graduate program
- Ensure adherence with related legislation and VPSEA around EEO and recruitment practises
- Deliver on key components within the People Strategy, including a complete overhaul of the end-to-end recruitment & talent process at SV
About you
You will be proactive and driven, an expert in all things recruitment. We hope you will align with our values and vision and hold the passion, knowledge and creativity to attract the best of the best to our organisation. You will be responsible for our recruitment process, policies and also in making sure we are keeping up to date with the market and applying best practise to create a valuable employee experience, as well as complying with relevant employment legislation and the VPS EA. Key to this role will be to understand SV’s capability and talent needs and work closely with SV’s Leaders to support them find the right people to deliver on their goals in supporting Victoria transition to a carbon emission free, circular economy.
