Following the expansion of the current team, Education and Training is looking for an experienced administrator to support the provision of the Trust’s new leadership and talent workstream.

Led by the Deputy Director of Education and Training, you will work closely with the Career Pathway Lead and wider Workforce Directorate in providing a positive and rewarding learning journey for all staff accessing our collective leadership and organisational development led programmes.

The post holder will be expected to provide career pathway advice and guidance and be able to support the facilitation of internally developed leadership and management programmes. This post will have a requirement to travel across the Trust remit in Hampshire and Sussex providing training, information, advice and guidance. Currently the team is working to a hybrid model of home working and site attendance to support our growing training provision.

Please note, from early 2022 the team will be moving to a new site in Worthing.
