About the role

We are currently looking for a new addition to our already amazing Talent Acquisition Team, based in our Cremorne Head Office.

Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and working across our stores recruitment, you will be a part of the wider People & Development Team. As an experienced Recruitment Specialist working across high volume recruitment, you will bring your skills and knowledge around recruitment strategies for volume roles as well as strong customer service approach to this very fast paced and exciting role.

Responsible for recruiting all stores roles from casual to leadership positions, you will be effectively managing the end to end souring for Sportsgirl, Sussan and Suzanne Grae stores nationally together with our Group Store Recruitment Coordinators.

With a passion for recruitment and selection, you will assist with implementing innovative recruitment strategies and practices predominantly for high volume roles to attract great talent for our stores as well as act as a brand ambassador for the Sussan Group.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work with the team to coordinate the recruitment process for stores recruitment nationally
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for stores
• Proactive sourcing and developing and implementing strategies for high volume talent attraction
• Organise and manage employment contracts for all internal and external candidates
• Manage all administration and projects related to store recruitment and training

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience in a high volume recruitment role, ideally from agency or retail recruitment
• Demonstrated experience with implementing high volume candidate sourcing strategies
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Page Up or other ATS ideal but not essential
