This opportunity will allow you to leverage your interpersonal and organizational skills to support the Education team in the development of new hires. As the main point of contact for our NYC interns and campus new hires, you will work closely with our Education and Recruiting teams to coordinate and schedule education sessions, plan team events, and conduct check-in meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience for on-site interviews and candidate office visits. We are looking for an upbeat, organized individual who can multi-task and assist our team with a range of office and business activities.
In this role, you will
Check in with new hires and interns periodically to help them navigate the inchoate stages of their careers
Communicate regularly with Heads of Trader Education on feedback gathered from check-ins
Greet candidates and coordinate all on-site interviews including tours and candidate meet & greets; ensure a positive experience for all candidates
Facilitate campus recruiting dinners and events, including networking/social events
Assist team members and coordinators in the planning and execution of education sessions
Set up and record virtual learning sessions
Organize and distribute class materials and weekly calendars
Prepare classrooms and conference rooms for upcoming education sessions
Track attendance for both onsite and remote sessions
Assist with employee questions and office transfers
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 1 year of professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar role
Willingness to travel to our other offices in Bala Cynwyd and Chicago as needed
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
Superior time management and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Strong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word and Excel, required
Will not require visa sponsorship within three years of date of application
