Your New Role
Are you a Recent Finance Graduate wanting to progress within the world’s largest survival technology provider? Are you a resilient team player who is intellectually curious with a can-do attitude? You will be placed on our 3-year programme with the strong possibility of a permanent position at the end of your contract dependant on performance and operational needs. You will have 5 job rotations (every 9 months) to build an understanding of Finance within Survitec Group along with full on the job training and support as you progress through your professional Accountancy qualification. (ACCA/ACA or CIMA).

Departmental Rotations
FP&A: This role supports a specific area of the business, preparing economic, financial or statistical research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics, using excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques
Finance Systems: This role initiates and drives continuous improvement in financial reporting and associated systems, processes and policies. The function will support users of finance systems providing specialist knowledge of business systems and processes.
Record to Report: This role involves collecting, processing, and presenting accurate financial data. RTR provide strategic financial and operational feedback on performance of the organization to inform management and stakeholders.**
Group Accounting: The role prepares economic, financial, or statistical research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics, budgeting, financial planning, performance reporting and forecasting using excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques.
Financial Business Partnering: This role leads the process of setting business targets and monitoring business performance, advises on the financial consequences of major decisions, leads the process of reporting financial and managerial data, and makes recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding financial results.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Financial Discipline (Minimum 2.1 Classification)

• Good Microsoft Office Skills particularly in MS Excel

• Willing to work towards and complete Accountancy Qualification

• Effective organisational and time management skills

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
