The human resources family at Survitec supports the business to deliver its strategy by providing the people strategy, policy, processes and advice needed to attract, recruit, aligning, motivate, reward and recognise great people.
Working with key management, leadership, and HR stakeholders, you will identify, plan, design, coordinate, deliver and measure the impact of a range of learning solutions for developing soft skills, management and leadership disciplines, and for driving appropriate use of people software systems.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Provide deep subject matter expertise on all aspects of the learning cycle, defining and driving associated standards; work cross-functionally with technical training delivery teams to agree and develop and establish effective use of learning systems

• Develop learning and development policy, process and guidance materials, ensuring stakeholders are clear on their role and responsibilities towards people development; utilise the people strategy, workforce planning and succession processes to identify and plan future training and change initiatives

• Design, develop, deliver and measure a range of learning and development interventions including soft skills, identified software systems, behavioural and leadership programmes; use a range of methodologies and delivery channels to reach the Survitec audience

• Define training plans that prioritise learning appropriately, and deliver cost-effective solutions to meet business and budgetary needs

• Support managers to raise awareness of competence methodologies and the identification of learning needs against these frameworks and their use in career planning; providing guidance for managers on how to seek out and utilise learning opportunities in the workplace

• Implement, drive and support appropriate competence assessment mechanisms, ensuring these mechanisms meet any legal or regulatory requirement for effective skills assessment; provide coaching and support to develop and maintain a network of skilled on-job skills assessors

• Develops and maintains a network of Survitec facilitators

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria

• Educated to University Degree level, or vocational equivalent

• 2 years+ of experience providing wide and deep expert competence

• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a difference

• Experience of designing and planning L&D resources and courses to deliver business objectives
