• You will be assisting the People & Culture team with Recruitment
• Finding the best talent (headhunting)
• Screening candidates and assess them (being a good judge of character is essential)
• You will be coordinating interviews
• Building influential relationships quickly with candidates
• Writing job descriptions
• Posting job advertisements on job boards
• Finding effective ways for advertisement of vacancies.
• Perform general ad-hoc duties
• Run background checks
• Helping P&C as and when required
