Surgenex Hiring for Recruiting Coordinator Job at Scottsdale, AZ Full Time

Surgenex is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with Director of HR and hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process. The Recruiter is accountable for leading efforts in sourcing, selecting, and hiring while providing consultation and recommendations based on business knowledge and strategies. An effective approach should combine solid judgment and the ability to qualify candidates against established job requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, an energetic personality, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting activities for single location in Scottsdale.
• Ensure the recruiting department is providing qualified candidate pool for hiring demands.
• Create and implement hiring plans and strategies. Create job descriptions, conduct market wage research to determine competitive wages in the Phoenix marketplace.
• Source, screen, and coordinate phone and site interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide weekly recruiting reports; interviews, hire by source, and separations.
• Provide timely update on candidates onboarding.
• Plans, coordinates, and attends school job fairs and hiring events.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4 years of recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
• Self-starter, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
