Open Position:

Load Planning-make and reschedule delivery and pick up appointments at many sites, manually build loads when needed, maintain a schedule of rates with customers.

Duties:

• Provide customer service to both companies and truck load carriers
• Track truck drivers to provide on-time service to customer
• Manually build truck loads when needed
• Maintain an schedule of rates with companies
• Reschedule appointments as needed

Ideal candidate:

Work with a sense of urgency

Pay attention to detail

Comfortable working in a team or we call them POD’s

The ability to multi-task(each work station has at least 3 monitors)

Ability to problem solve and maintain focus under pressure

AA or BS degree preferred

Pay: $24 / hour
