As a member of the Credit department, my primary responsibilities include managing A/R balances and accounts to clear and reduce delinquency by making collection calls. May also support team members by posting cash, reviewing references or order queues, and contributing to overall process improvement. This position reports to the National Credit Manager and is located at our head office.
