Sure Staff is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative paying $20 per hour on 1st shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime. must be able to work in both settings Warehouse & Customer Service area.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by building relationships with our customers by effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring that customers leave with everything that they need to get the job done.

Guide and process walk-in customers, online orders, and phone orders in a fast-paced environment. Answering phone calls and communicate with customers about products, pricing, availability, back orders, and order status. Collect payments and handle cash. Sharing product knowledge, providing recommendations, and always radiating a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and listens to understand their needs and challenges.
• Demonstrates product knowledge by understanding a customer’s problem and products designed to solve it.
• Collaborates with team members and utilizes all company resources to give customers the best service and experience possible.
• Prepares sales orders and assists customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Resolves customer complaints or problems professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized, well-stocked reception area and desk.
• Communicates with Shipping/Receiving about orders, shipping information, back orders and special requests.
• Communicates with the Purchasing Department about drop shipments, back orders, and low inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to frequently lift and move items that weigh up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Have a driver’s license.
