Supportworks, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Manager who is ready to jump in with our team and help set up new and existing Foundation Supportworks dealers across North America for success. This position will play an integral role in building culture, establishing confidence and connecting these businesses to the mission and vision of the Foundation Supportworks Network.

Qualifications

As an Accounting Manager, you will:

• Train and consult with Supportworks customers on accounting and finance issues by phone, e-mail and in-person.

• Establish mutually agreed upon support plans for customers to improve their overall accounting and key performance indicator oversight.

• Assist the Director of Accounting Training in developing articles, videos, tools and training resources for customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service and timely follow-up.

• Train on accounting and finance topics at Supportworks’ national events in Omaha, NE, and other locations.

• Travel out of state up to 12 times per year.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, five years of accounting experience and/or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

• CPA preferred.

• Knowledge and skill in accounting or finance with a full understanding of GAAP.

• Skills in reading, writing, communicating and presenting in English.

• Skill in operating QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and video meeting software.

• Skill in analyzing a financial statement and developing questions and comments around areas of concern.

• Skill in building rapport with potential or existing customers.

• Valid driver’s license and passport.

• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
