Support Services Group Hiring for VP of Talent Acquisition Job at Texas Full Time

Role Overview: The Vice President of Talent Acquisition is responsible for meeting the organization’s targeted recruitment goals in LATAM, North America, Asia, and Europe. The Vice President will directly manage the regional leaders, assisting in developing talent pipelines, coaching direct reports, and creating processes designed to improve efficiency. The role will also support community-facing activities and develop alternative recruitment channels to maximize our hiring throughput. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business objectives.

Primary Activities:

• Work with the SVP to manage and refine our standard recruitment metrics across the organization.
• Work with each Talent Acquisition Leader to maximize applicant flow within the region, and develop new applicant channels through social media, community contact, government agencies, and other methods.
• Ensure each local center is meeting its hiring objectives (based on recruitment metrics) and deliver feedback, and coaching, as necessary to support each location.
• Partner with internal departments such as the PMO, Client Services, and Operations to assist in effective staff planning based on hiring needs.
• Evaluate, adjust, and manage the talent pipeline process within SSG’s network.
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, onboarding, and post-hiring communication)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Manage, and Train our Regional Talent Acquisition leadership team.

Essential Criteria

• 6+ years working within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
• 3+ Years Managing large scale Talent Acquisition Programs, including experience in markets such as Latin America, North America, and Asia.
• Track record of success building and motivating TA teams to exceed large targets
• Experience attracting and hiring a high volume of candidates from entry level to technical and leadership hires in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation and organization skills with a data driven mindset
• Confident self-starter with the ability to develop and form relationships at all levels
• Customer-centric attitude with first-class communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ambitious nature and willingness to go above and beyond
• Experience in using an applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn recruiting tools as well as digital/social media channels for talent attraction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
