Role Overview: The Vice President of Talent Acquisition is responsible for meeting the organization’s targeted recruitment goals in LATAM, North America, Asia, and Europe. The Vice President will directly manage the regional leaders, assisting in developing talent pipelines, coaching direct reports, and creating processes designed to improve efficiency. The role will also support community-facing activities and develop alternative recruitment channels to maximize our hiring throughput. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business objectives.
