SupplyHouse Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atlanta, GA Full Time

SupplyHouse.com, a fast-growing and innovative e-commerce company, is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team! This individual will support our recruitment efforts and assist our candidates throughout the interview process. This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters up to four times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Remote (Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington)

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year

Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. However, we provide flexibility based on local time zones and our Flex-Time Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by:
  • Building a pipeline of prospective candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or other outreach platforms within the Greenhouse CRM
  • Advertising and managing job postings on a variety of hiring platforms
  • Reviewing and evaluating resumes
  • Conducting interviews with potential candidates and completing interview evaluations
  • Scheduling and coordinating Zoom interviews
  • Communicating internally to ensure the appropriate interviewers are informed
  • Sending confirmation and rejection emails
  • Maintaining historical candidate data (KPI’s and statistics)
  • Managing and attending virtual hiring events
  • Representing the company at university career fairs
• Keep up with recruitment trends including, but not limited to, researching job boards and job descriptions to assure they are accurate, examining job and salary insights, and conducting market analysis research
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents as well as protect the security of this information
• All other responsibilities as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and/or Captain

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Passion for the candidate experience within the interview process
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Pleasant and personable demeanor
• Team player mentality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
