Overview:

AP Lazer has been an innovator in the laser industry with a patented laser machine since 2009. Due to our consistent growth and demand for our exclusive products, we are currently seeking talented sales professionals to join our successful team. Our consultants follow up and lead prospects through the journey of starting their laser business or taking it to the next level.

LEAD GENERATION: At AP Lazer we do not require Cold-Calling or Prospecting for our sales consultants. You will be supplied withleads through our Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Trade Show marketing channels.

COMPENSATION: Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate, as well as the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives. Our sales force is made up of top performers who are highly compensated and typically earn $70,000 and beyond in their 1st year.

LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT & CULTURE: We provide professional training, industry-leading product samples and ongoing support to assist you in closing the sale. You will be armed with superior marketing and top-notch tech support that provide lots of referrals. You will also be supported by an experienced management team and professional inside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/ services using aplazer sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish and develop, maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through inside sales leads.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaint to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Travel and attend to trade-shows throughout the US and CA.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years Experience with building relationships quickly with B2B customers.
• A flexible, remote, work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
