Superloop Hiring for Brand & Communications Coordinator at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

About the Team

The Marketing & UX team exists to create an experience that customers want to interact with. We’re tasked with everything from designing and building the app and website experience, supporting product launches and go-to-market strategy, developing commercial campaigns, creating events, setting the direction and tone for the Superloop brand, measuring the awareness, reach, and effectiveness of the brand, and protecting the Superloop reputation.

In this role, you’ll work with the Head of Brand & Comms to be curators of the Superloop experience and custodians of the Superloop brand.

What will you do?

• Develop comms plans and craft comms that support campaigns, launches, and issues for customers and employees
• Create employee content and manage the intranet
• Partner with internal SMEs to understand campaigns, products, processes, and issues and provide advice on comms approaches
• Support Superloop news and announcements by creating blogs for the Superloop LinkedIn account and website
• Manage internal and external events (town halls, employee conferences, product launches, trade shows, and lunches) end-to-end, from ideation through to delivery
• Generate ideas to help employees embrace the Superloop identity and raise brand awareness and implement approved approaches
• Work with analytics tools, peers, and agency partners to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in communications
• Experience crafting a range of communications including media releases, blogs, and leadership messaging
• Experience in monitoring and interpreting communication analytics.
• Interest in working with senior leaders and executives to provide communication counsel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively underdeadlines and changing priorities
• Is proactive and takes initiative
