General Labourer for Road Preservation Crew

Superior Road Products requires a number of General Labourers to join our pavement preservation team for the 2022 season. Previous knowledge of road maintenance practices would be considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates to be a valued member of our team.

The duties and requirements of this seasonal employment opportunity include, but are not limited to:

· Traffic control

· Overnight travel within Ontario, averaging 4 nights per week. (Accommodations and all food provided.)

· Construction site preparation

· Ability to safely maneuver a truck and trailer combination

· Signage set-up and cone placement

· Sweeping

· Loading and unloading equipment trailers

· Cleaning and maintaining our fleet of vehicles

· Safety procedures

· The ability to understand and implement pavement preservation techniques

· Some heavy lifting

· Must have own transportation to our yard in Utopia, Ontario

· Drivers must have clean drivers abstract and full G license.
