Due to our ambitious growth plans, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. The role is home based, with occasional travel to our head office in Kent.
The role will encompass full end-to-end recruitment delivery for leadership, executive, and hard to fill positions, within the healthcare sector, including executive and senior clinical and healthcare roles for our internal roles as well as on behalf of our care home clients. We are therefore looking for an experienced professional, well-versed in all aspects of executive search, including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management and offer negotiation.

Established in 2006, Superior Healthcare Group is one of Kent’s largest private complex care providers. We specialise in spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and other complex care solutions. We employ around 600 employees, mainly across Kent, with rapidly growing teams across our new operational regions in Essex, Sussex and Hampshire.
This role will directly support the growth of our business and expansion into the new areas and will be pivotal in leading strategy for our new recruitment business supporting our existing and new clients with executive recruitment services.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of key strategic hires from briefing to onboarding.
Proactively build prospect pipelines in anticipation of future needs, developing relationships and networks with potential candidates.
Conduct full briefing sessions with hiring managers and external clients to fully understand role and person specifications, appropriate target companies, skills and behaviours required etc.
Creating and nurturing an engaged pool of potential and existing candidates, keeping them and the business aware of potential opportunities.
Leverage internal and external networks to identify best in class talent.
Building out talent networks across the industry and adjacent industries and providing market insight and intelligence to the business.
Lead update and client meetings on active searches, providing status reports and presentations where necessary.
Develop job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding the required skills and background, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.
Conducting interviews and participating in business interviews where necessary, performing detailed reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers.
Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Keep up date with the current markets, data, and analytics to provide consultative information to influence and advise senior stakeholders on local compensation, skill/capability availability, employer brand, etc.
Keep accurate and detailed records on ATS to build ongoing pipeline of talent.
Work closely with the Recruitment team to provide support, expertise and sharing suitable candidates for more junior roles.
Who we’re looking for
In depth experience (+8 years) of direct sourced executive recruitment gained from an executive search firm, agency, or in-house recruiter role.
Expertise in recruiting within the healthcare sector.
Strong record of closing senior management and leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
Strong sourcing and pipeline building experience.
Advanced knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods.
Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly (references from clients ad candidates).
Skilled in making smart offers that benefit the candidate and the company.
History of not only closing difficult searches but in building long-term relationships with candidates along the way.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Organised, driven and passionate about talent acquisition and inquisitive to find out best in class techniques.
Proven experience in running multiple end-to end search assignments.
IT skills – Microsoft Office; applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Intellectual curiosity and ability to gather relevant data/facts to solve problems without detailed guidance.
Strong attention to detail.

Hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday)
